I’m in the middle of putting together a new website. As I’m pouring over each page I’ve found it useful to utilize my branding images in very specific places.
Your website is the digital storefront of your business. It’s where you make your first and lasting impression. The best way to keep your people coming back is to utilize your personal brand photos in key locations on your website. People like to buy from people and creating that know, like, trust factor is important to gaining return clients. Here are 5 key locations to use your personal brand photos on your website:
What is the first thing your people will see when they land on your site? A stock image that you’ve borrowed from someone else? By placing you or your products at the forefront of your website your people immediately know who they’re purchasing from & what they’re getting.
This may be an obvious spot, but it none the less crucial. People love to know about who they’re buying from so having a quality headshot or behind the scenes or both is extremely helpful when connecting with your people.
This may or may not be one of the reasons why you’re considering a personal brand session. It gives you tons of content to add to your blog posts. No more scouring the internet for stock photos that fit the topic you’re writing about. Now you’ve got custom imagery that was created just for that post(s).
Product photos and behind-the-scenes photos are ideal for your sales/landing pages. They showcase your specific talents and skill sets encouraging your people to choose you every time.
People love to see who they’re connecting with, so it’s a great idea to place your face near your contact form solidifying you are the right person for the job!
I hope these tips help you when putting together or revamping your website!

Mabyn
