I love when I get to shoot with my studio-mate Aura! We always have a fantastic time together. This last time I got to tag along to Sharikia & Dyshaun’s incredible day at the Grandover Resort in Greensboro, NC.

Sharikia & Dyshaun are beautiful people inside and out. Their wedding was a community of people who had watched over them through different phases of life and/or had been extremely impacted by their encouragement and attention in their lives. I was blown away at the reception when one guest after another got up to a plethora of stories on how the couple changed the course of their life. Their wedding was the perfect expression of their love for each other, but especially a way for their family & friends to show their love for Sharikia & Dyshaun. I am so glad I got to meet this couple and help capture some of their most important moments to cherish. Thank you to Arua for bringing me along and to Sharikia and Dyshaun for being so open and wonderful! It was a great pleasure and honor to be there.
