I say it time and time again. I LOVE my friends! They are the most amazing people in the world. No offence to the rest of you…buuuuuut if you become my friend then you’ll be included in that general statement! 😉

Emily & I have been buddies for awhile now. We run in the same circles, have the same nuerotic sense of humor, & love to be creative! It’s very hard to see why we get along so well! 🙂 She first told me about KJ over New Years, I was so thrilled that she had found someone that made her face light up with just a thought. From there it was a quick courtship to engagement and soon marriage. I was one of the first people Emily called…partly because i’m her friend but mainly because she HAD to have ME as her photographer! Oh such a hard life I have! We immediately sat down and started chatting about everything wedding, included scheduling their date around my already busy summer schedule. I love you Em, you make me feel so important!  😛

So now we come to their GORGEOUS You + Me session! After going through several ideas, Em & KJ decided on Buttermilk Falls & The Boat Yard Grill as their locations. Mainly because Emily loves my epic nature shots & KJ is super active. We spent 3 glorious hours huffing and puffing up trails, taking pictures, swatting bugs, & having fun! After the session was over we stayed for dinner at The Boat Yard Grill. Their food is Fab! Do try it if you’re ever in Ithaca. Thank you so much for everything Em & KJ, I love you guys and I couldn’t have picked anyone better for my friend!
