Today is a “work-from-home” day. Outside my window the terrain reminds me of upstate NY. That white fluffy stuff is covering every inch and my sweet little pond is slightly frozen over. A couple weeks of snow & ice in comparison to 4-6months. I’ll take it! But like I said before, it reminds me of NY. So what better time than now to blog the gorgeous Faes family?!

Speaking of NY, I just adore it in autumn! It’s absolutely my favorite place to be when the leaves start turning and the air gets that lovely crisp smell! Then my brain turns to boots, sweaters, pumpkin everything & apple cider!

* Little known fact about Mabyn: I worked at an apple cider mill in Virgil, NY for about 3 years while I was in college and I loved every moment of it! To walk in to a building that literally smelled of autumn EVERY DAY was the best job ever! Except for this one that is. 😉

So obviously when the Faes chose Beak & Skiff for their family session I jumped right on board! The apples were HUGE and we had the perfect day to shoot! Gosh I love this family, we always have so much fun together!
