When I first moved to NC I did what any good wedding vendor should do. Stalk the interwebz and find other wedding vendors that I enjoyed, emailed them, and prayed they’d meet me for coffee. A lot of those vendors did respond and it’s been an added caffeine boost to my system, but also a wonderful way to meet people who think the same way I do!

So when Mandi of Social 10 Events did the same thing and reached out to me, of course I jumped at the chance to drive down to Charlotte and get to know her a bit. (It also could have been all that coffee…) Mandi is an extremely talented wedding designer & coordinator. We both have this mutual love for gorgeous weddings that step outside the box. So, when she asked if I would help her with some portfolio photos I was super excited. The day arrived and things didn’t go quite as planned, but that didn’t matter, go with the flow babeh! We had 2 gorgeous models (one of whom just happens to be the current Miss United States!!!), a gorgeous day in Uptown Charlotte, and my camera. All the ingredients for a rockin’ shoot! We aimed for iconic architecture & fun moments and I’m feeling confident that we hit the bullseye!
