When another wedding photographer asks you to shoot their wedding mixed feelings bubble up. It’s a combination of “This is going to be extremely awesome!” and “Oh crap! I hope I don’t screw up up! This is a whole new level of pressure!” So when Alyse asked me to shoot her wedding, I was all sorts of excited! Both for the creative wedding I knew it would be, and a new challenge for me to take head on!
It’s crazy to think that Alyse and I didn’t know each other before she booked me for her wedding. I feel like I’ve been friends with this girl for years! We have the same brain! I love it! She’s an amazing person and an equally amazing photographer! So if you haven’t checked out her stuff yet, CLICK NOW!
Her wedding went beyond my expectation, I had all of these idea’s in my head (Alyse shared details with me through out the year) but when I got there, well let just say my mind was thoroughly blown! Gorgeousness met my eyes everywhere I turned. From the beautiful old mansion to the plethora of floral arrangements EVERYWHERE!
On top of the artistic elegance that is Alyse, her family and Dylan’s were some of the most passionate, emotional, and beautiful people I have had the privilege to photograph! Nothing but sweet sweet people all day long!
I could really go on and on gushing about this experience & friendship, but I let the images do the talking.

Mabyn, it is one thing to create moments, and quite another to capture them. Thank you for your loving care of Alyse and Dylan’s dream. Your giving heart is exposed with each move of the shutter. Superb! 🙂
