Making a pivot can be difficult, especially if it’s in a completely new field of work. Emily has been shifting her artistic focus from photography to her artwork. She needed a complete rebrand so we strategized and came up with a list of photos that she would be able to use for all of her marketing materials. She’s currently working on a new website, getting recognition out into the art world, as well as needed new headshots for any publications that she may be featured in. She really wanted to showcase her creative process and still show off her fun and thoughtful personality.
When looking for a space, we sought out a location with tons of natural light and a homey vibe. She wanted something that felt “lived in.” So we added in extra details like all of her tools, coffee, snacks, and plants. It transformed the space from studio to home in a blink of an eye!
I always tell my clients who are pivoting into a new business that their first session will be a baseline. Afterward, we can assess what images you utilize the most and where you find photo gaps. Then the next session we can be even more intentional with the images we create.
