Here are my 4 tips for reducing photo shoot anxiety:
1- Start slow
We’ll start the session casually. Less looking at the camera and more lifestyle or product shots. This will be like getting in the shallow end of the pool and easing your way to the deep end. Before you know it, your confidence will skyrocket and you’ll feel like incredible! By then looking at the camera won’t feel quite so scary.
2- This is my jam!
We’ll play your favorite music! What hypes you up or calms you down? Either way, we can set the tone by playing your favorite jams. It helps ease the tension and cuts the quiet.
3- Glam it up!
If you’re still feeling unsure hire a professional makeup and hair artist to make you feel FABULOUS! If you look like a million bucks you’ll feel like a million bucks and that translates to the camera!
4- I got you!
