Last week I blogged my cousin Mary Ellen’s gorgeous Arizona wedding. While we were there, Daniel and I got an opportunity to do a little exploring. There’s nothing we love more than having a day to wander and go “adventuring” as we like to call it. I didn’t bring my camera to much, but when we decided to go visit South Mountain Park I didn’t hesitate to grab it. We’re suckers for mountains of any kind!

Daniel and I truly fell in love with Arizona…okay, maybe I fell in love with Arizona a little more than he did. He couldn’t get over the idea that there were palm trees and NO BEACH! I didn’t mind, the terrain was so vastly different and interesting it just made my eyeballs dance with joy!

Phoenix was good to us, but I desperately want to go back some day soon and visit the Grand Canyon, Sedona, Jerome, and all of the other amazing things that ever-so-cool state holds!

But for now I’ll re-live our little adventure through these pictures and enjoy every moment of it!
