I love when my couples become friends and then THEIR friends become my friends too. I shot Chris’ (Christian’s brother) wedding last year. He and his wife moved 10 minutes away and we’ve become fast friends. Then his brother Christian contacted me to shoot his wedding too! When I walked into the Banner Elk AirBNB where they got married, it felt like a mini family reunion.

With the pandemic, Micro Weddings have become the new trend. And I’m here for it! Give me all the tiny weddings! Thank you Kat & Christian for not only hiring me but becoming my friends too. I truly adore your families and I cannot wait till we all get to hang out again (hopefully) very soon!
