When it came time to plan Ariana’s brand shoot, she knew she needed a fresh start. The photos she had were from a previous business and she needed imagery that not only expressed her profession & expertise but her fun & witty personality.

Ariana has an amazing grasp of her brand. She knows exactly what she does for her ideal client and talks about it with ease. So when it came to planning her session, it was easy to come up with all of the imagery she knew she would need. What Ariana really wanted was an effortless and fun experience. So I took the heavy lifting off of her plate and booked the location and makeup artist for her. We ordered lunch ahead of time and made sure we had her favorite jams playing in the background.

“How does customer experience matter? I’m doing a photoshoot at this beautiful location. And I recently hired a photographer. And going through her entire flow has been nothing short, just amazing. And so what did I learn? What does this teach me as an operational strategist? When I’m looking at her, it means, one, I made the right decision, and two, it’s just a great reminder of how it sets the tone of the experience. Like, I’m sitting here waiting for my makeup artist to come, waiting for my photographer to come. And I feel so excited, because all the way through, I have received guides, I have received instructions, I have received strategy calls, she’s done several things. Plus, I know she’s going to bring lunch later like we have. She has set up an experience that makes me feel excited, and that is something that we want to be as business owners delivering to our clients.
